I am a trauma-informed, EMDR trained, identity-affirming therapist. I love incorporating meditative + creative practices in my work.

My favorite conversations are understanding attachment and how it impacts adult romantic relationships, loving your inner child, connecting to your temple (body+/sex+), and finding joy in your life.

🎨 Art is a spiritual + meditative practice for me. I love including humanities in my understanding of the human psyche + spirit. I love all art and mainly paint in acrylic and draw digitally. I love creating logos for businesses + drawing mandalas to support self care + relaxation.
