Dr. Jaclyn Reed, Ph.D., is a pioneering, action-driven learning and development businesswoman with demonstrated accomplishments in the strategic and tactical leadership of global enterprise learning and development programs.

She has extensive experience in instructional design, training facilitation, eLearning development, organizational development, and linking all training initiatives to business impact.

Jaclyn has held key executive management positions reporting to CHROs, COOs, and CTOs. She is a motivational, solution-oriented, lead-by-example change agent. She is a leader and driver of employee engagement and retention programs.

She has facilitated and created culturally sensitive training programs that are still used all around the world.
