Dr. Pamela Hill has been a cosmetology professional for over 25 years. She is a New York Native, currently residing in Virginia. She is a graduate of Roosevelt High School in Roosevelt, NY, and also attended Queens College.
In addition to being a Licensed Cosmetologist, Pamela is also a Licensed Cosmetology Instructor, a board-certified trichologist, and drugless practitioner, specialties include, but are not limited to:

Pamela became a member of the Virginia State Beautician Association (VSBA), currently occupying the position of Correspondent Secretary. She's also President of the Fredericksburg & Vicinity Cosmetology Chapter (FVCC), and also a member of the National Beauty Cultures League. Also, she holds a Doctorate in Professional Cosmetology and perusing her Post Doctorate in Cosmetology, which was received in July 2017 at the National Institute of Cosmetology (NIC).
In her spare time, Pamela spent a couple of days a month spanning 3 years volunteering to do hair at Golden Living Nursing Home in Fredericksburg, VA. Giving back to the community has been a top priority despite her busy schedule.
Her work has been featured in Xtreme Hair Magazine, as well as numerous other hair publications. She has also been the architect behind many Hair and Fashion shows.
Once a Co-owner of Unique Designs Hair Salon, her desire for further growth and development led her to found her current home, Healthy Hair Care Salon & Hair Replacement Center.
Through all of the sacrifices, Pamela has been able to successfully raise two children into adulthood, and find time to be a doting grandmother. Her ultimate goal is to travel around the world sharing her knowledge of hair care as well as continue learning techniques in an ever-evolving field in hopes of bridging the gaps in the professional hair care industry
