Dr. Nickolas Spears Jr is a therapist in the Richmond, Virginia community and an Assistant Professor at Hampton University. He has a background in counseling, teaching, and humanitarian advocacy. He holds a Master's degree in Mental health and wellness counseling from New York University and Ph.d. in counselor education from Virginia Commonwealth University. At the heart of his work is helping individuals from underrepresented historically marginalized groups experience existential healing from generational trauma, and the development of tools to sustain freedom.
