Bio

Dr. Randall has mentored youth and instructed/discipled clergy and laity as a professor skilled in Pedagogy and Andragogy.

As a Board Member of the Washington, D. C. Office of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes worked with youth and fellow board members as a para-ministry.

Dr. Randall is currently Retired after 34 years of government service at the DC Superior Court specialized in Conflict Resolution. Now dedicated to further study and full time ministry, Living Waters and Refreshing Springs Ministries. Promoting the Gospel of Jesus Christ, contextual Theology and relevant history and anthropology. Further, Dr. Randall is an Art enthusiast and works with local Art Galleries. He is a patron of both the Fine Arts and Preforming Arts.

Prophet André Nero Randall was ordained August 16, 1998 as a minister and pilgrimage to Israel in March 1999. He joined as a board member 2003 with Fellowship of Christian Athletes, he served five years. Additionally, he did course work for a B.A. in Pastoral Theology at Maple Springs Baptist Bible College and Seminary. He graduated May 2013 with a Doctors of Philosophy in Biblical Studies from NHL Leadership University. Prior, he received a Bachelors and Masters of Divinity. Pastor Andre is an Associate Professor at NHL Leadership University.

He also sat as the Ward Seven Reprehensive on the Board of The United Planning Organization for the six years.
Previously, at the request of Bishop Henry “Rex” Cole, Elder André Nero Randall served Breath of Life Ministries Christian Fellowship and the Body of Christ at-large for ten years. Rev. André was the Pastor of Discipleship and Christian Education. Proceeding to this designation he was the Pastor of Worship. Before that, he served at Dominion Church of Washington DC, formerly known as Kingdom Life Christian Center (KLCC) for 12 years.
André committed his life to the Lord at the age of eight. He became a member of Ebenezer AME of several years where he participated on choirs and in the Men’s Ministry, Prison Ministry and Drug Ministry. On May 25, 1986, while in the US Marine Corps he was baptized at Koolau Baptist Church, Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii and soon after was filled with the Holy Spirit after becoming a member of The City of Refuge Christian Church in Hawaii.
