- Clinical work in health psychology integrates mind-body skills such as mindfulness and clinical hypnosis with cognitive behavioral therapy to treat health problems including obesity, hypertension, chronic pain, insomnia and depression.
- Executive coaching clients come from a wide range of fields, including business, marketing, medicine, HR, software development, engineering, non-profit, healthcare, and R&D. My research explores health-related behavior change, particularly in the context of obesity.
- Research explores how stress and anxiety can alter health behaviors like eating and exercise and how mindfulness-based treatments can be used to promote weight loss and overall wellness.
- Presented at national and international scientific conferences and am the co-author of studies published in various academic journals, including Molecular Psychiatry, Psychosomatic Medicine, PLOS ONE, and Harvard Review of Psychiatry.

My other passion is improving Diversity in Tech. I founded CodeWalker Academy to mentor and place women and minority candidates in tech. I also serve as an advisor for several HealthTech companies.
