I am the founder of the Diversity in Nurse Anesthesia Mentorship Program. 👩🏽⚕️💉👨🏽⚕️
I am a Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing, recipient of AANA Agatha Hodgins Award and Trailblazer Award from the National Black Nurses Association. Also, I am a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

🎆Mentored over 577 nurses of color who successfully matriculated and graduated from 82 nurse anesthesia programs. Pipeline initiatives to increase diversity in nurse anesthesia through HBCU and Hispanic Serving Institution Schools of Nursing. Expanding CRNAs and nurses anesthesia students to explore doctorate degrees and careers in speciality areas.
