I’ve worked in sales and marketing and management consultancy, I have a 🎓degree in Psychology, I’ve been involved in Personal Development for nearly 30 years, and for nearly 25 years I’ve specialised in 1:1 and group coaching and training.

The development of coaches, and of a coaching culture in organisations is something I am really passionate about.
