Her Story:
Dr. Crystal Francis is a social entrepreneur and policy consultant who is working to end poverty, homeless, and mass incarceration by educating people and communities about the importance of collective impact and civic engagement. She ran to become the first African woman elected to her local council council, winning the primary but losing the general election 🗳️, she is writing a book to teach people (especially BIPOC communities) about everything they need to know about running an effective campaign for public office.
