Over four years of experience working in the staffing industry, with a heavy focus on scientific and clinical skill sets. Throughout my career in recruiting I have had the pleasure of working with clients from a sales/consultant perspective, as well as a sourcer for top-notch candidates. Although my focus is in scientific and clinical, I have also supported numerous other industries such as manufacturing, aerospace, engineering, supplemental/nutraceutical, and food industry roles.

Before moving into the staffing industry, I worked with children who had developmental disorders, or had experienced severe trauma. This helped me develop a high-level of communication skills and has enabled me to connect on some level with just about anyone I speak with.
