My obsession with 🧠 health led me to write two books 📚 about ‘Feeding The Brain’ after completing a Masters in Psychology 🧑🎓 where I discovered the critical role that nutrition plays in mental health 🧠
When I 👀 how few people understood the intimate connection between food choices, mental health, and 🧠 function (and thus, structure), I felt driven to share this complexity, simply 🧠🧬
Now I include the concept of stress-resiliency 💪 in my courses, as a five year deep dive into female 💁♀️ stress - which culminated in a PhD 🧑🎓 - opened my 👀 to how old-school stress-management is!
And .... no one wants to feel deprived of the pleasure and joy of eating delicious foods so my drive to create delicious and decadent food is driven by this understanding! Think 🍫 mousse, creamy dressings and sauces + delicious treats!
