Behind The Expression was created with the intention to get to know and understand the person behind the way they express themselves. My goal in working with clients is to get to understand who they are beneath their expression.

I am passionate about working with adolescents and creating a space for them to feel safe enough to express themselves in therapy. I am passionate about relationships; establishing them and maintaining them.
I recognize the importance of establishing a therapeutic relationship and the impact it has on the change process when working with clients.

I am open to collaborating in clubhouse rooms. Topics that I’m interested include:
mental health, relationships, psychology, and social work.
