🙋🏽‍♀️ MY OWN JOURNEY: I trained in the USA as a physician, acupuncturist & medical journalist. I pioneered the integration of traditional medical care with acupuncture, positive psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness training and meditation for addiction & eating disorders.

After an 𝐍𝐃𝐄 helped me recover from burnout & depression, traveled the world 🌍 to meet shamans & curanderas, learned EEG Neurofeedback and Qigong for deep healing.

I teach my holistic process for stress and burnout recovery around the world in clinical settings, group programs and previously at the International University of Monaco.
