I am passionate about empowering women to be healthy mind, body, spirit, and finances.

My name is Dr. Alma and I am a wellness coach.

I am a retired schoolteacher, turned wellness coach. I am a wife, a mother, a grandma, and a minister.

I have been helping women for four years with their health and wellness journey. I have empowered them to not only transform their mindset but also themselves physically, spiritually and financially. I am my clients’ greatest supporter.

Wellness includes more than health, fitness, and nutrition. And this is where my coaching comes into play.
