Dr. Alicia D. Dowell

First Lady Alicia Dowell is the wife of Robert F. Dowell, Pastor of New Life Fellowship Church in Lawton Oklahoma, where she serves as Executive Pastor. She is the proud mother of five sons Michael, Marcus, Marcellous, Maurice, and Marquez and a grandmother.
As Executive Pastor First Lady Dowell teaches, counsels and is instrumental in the day to day operations of the ministry. First Lady enjoys teaching God's people how to war on their own behalf with the Word of God, praise and worship, and through powerful prayer.
First Lady Dowell is a very warm and loving person. She enjoys loving on God's people with open arms. Her warm smile will encourage you to never hold your head down, but know that the joy of the Lord is your strength.
First Lady Alicia is an ordained minister. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Cameron University, a Bachelor of Arts in Theology, Master of Arts in Theology, a Master of Divinity and a Doctorate in Theology from Minnesota Graduate School of Theology. She has a certificate of diploma from Sonship School of the Firstborn, under the leadership of Apostle Nathaniel and Pastor Valarie Holcomb of the Covenant Connection International, in Killeen Texas. She also has several certificates from the American Association of Christian Counselors and is a trained life coach. She is also a Licensed Practical Nurse and enjoys caring for God's people God's way.
