I support individuals and couples through stressful times and teach them mindfulness and meditation skills they can integrate into their day.
To me, mindfulness is being present in the moment with the qualities of awareness, acceptance, kindness, compassion, curiosity, and nonjudgment. It’s what I practice in my day to day life and what I share with others who are interested.
