I am a medico (BDS, MUHS, IN) with a postgraduate in Human Nutrition (UofSurrey, UK) with seven years of experience in nutrition and exercise consultation and education.
I am subject matter expert on Metabolic nutrition and Medical Nutrition Therapy. I do some coaching (~1000 clients so far) and I am involved in educating nutrition and exercise professionals through a certification platform (>5000 students so far), the Institute of Nutrition and Fitness Sciences.
