I am a podcaster, transformative educator, an expressive arts therapist, a creativity coach, author and artist.

I am fascinated by all transformative theory and practice, particularly creative, expressive, meditative, somatic, and therapeutic approaches, which I integrate into my facilitative work with clients, and into my own life.

I am particularly interested in human development, individual and collective post-traumatic growth, resilience, and integral psychology.
