Dr. Torii J. Ramsey is a trailblazer for diversity, equity, and inclusion. She is the CEO and founder of Aspire Workplace Solutions Corporation. Aspiring the workplace to progress fuels Dr. Ramsey to assist organizational leaders with DE&I initiatives to reach greater heights. Dr. Ramsey has a background in organizational leadership with a concentration in diversity, and 25 years of service in local government. Through her consulting services, Dr. Ramsey has worked with organizations to strengthen their DE&I efforts.
