🌲 Founder and director of The Care Forest Project, a micro-conservation endeavor that serves as a location for training & experiencing the power of eco-therapy and healing in our natural human habitat.

☀️ Passionate about simplicity as an avenue for liberation and balance, and designed & lived in a pair of tiny houses in a Redwood forest for nearly nine years.

🧘🏽‍♀️ Ordained householder Buddhist in the Soto Zen tradition and a meditation teacher trained in various traditions, currently studying Instinctive Meditation with Dr. Lorin Roche & Camille Maurine.

⭐️ Certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT) with a specialty in mental health (TYS-MH), own Ease Mountain Yoga and Nourishing Arts, am an experienced yoga teacher (E-RYT), and a Compassionate Bereavement Care Provider (CBC-Y).
