Dr. Nicole Davis's passion for family, women, and leadership has evolved and intensified over many decades.

As a wife of thirty years and mom of two adult sons, she has poured herself into nurturing and guiding her family to thrive and excel in self-discovery and their pursuits of their God-given abilities.

Her passion to impact women drives her everyday. Dr. Davis seeks to empower them to discover and unleash their strengths and to help them conquer self-defeating habits. Her passion for effective leadership started during her years in the military. From there she has provided education and training to leaders in several arenas and on various levels including collegiate, non-profits, corporate, government, and church.

Dr. Davis is also an author, mediator, facilitator, conflict coach, a certified Marriage Today and Marriage on the Rock trainer, as well as a marriage and relationship coach.
