Caroline Harth is a relentless optimist who believes in the beauty of change. Caroline´s WHY is to guide leaders and founders to own their story so they can lead and sell better.

With a vision to create a human approach to personal branding, Caroline works with leaders and founders in nearly every industry to help to build their brands and to position their voice in the market, based on their internal communications statement.

With a phD in history of law, Caroline learned how to wrap up and cut short any complex and boring long story no matter in which context. She can cut off mansplaining and shut up annoying imposter talk. Having been a people pleaser herself for most of her life she makes sure this happens respectfully and encouragingly. For the last 20 years, she is passionate about how to make an impact on people's lives by working with them on finding the red thread and communicating clearly who they are and why they matter to the world. Suffering from the painful consequence of the disruptive times we live in, both in the corporate world and as a solopreneur for many years she found her WHY in helping people to cope with the side effects of the renaissance of the individual in the digital revolution.

Caroline may be best known for introducing a unique internal communications manifesto that helps her clients to declutter their narratives and own their story.

Caroline is a self-made video producer and worked with companies, organisations and individuals, telling their story about digital innovation, digital education, and leading with purpose.
