She is the Owner of NUWBNS INC. a multicultural transcontinental aesthetic enhancement company that sells 4 Franchise businesses; The Lockshouse, NUWBNS Natural hair Gallery, Nuwbns hair Rejuvenation clinic, and hAirlooms Natural hair braiding Academy. Dr. Knight is also the owner of a HairLocking product line with her children. She specializes in Hair and scalp rejuvenation practices, Locks, Twists, and Coils. Airaina Griffith-Knight DPC. She has over 23 years experience in the Natural hair industry as a founder of Cosmetagriculture as a Licensed Cosmetologist. She was the catalyst for chartering the natural hair industry here in Fayetteville, NC. In 1997 She established the state’s first natural hair salon in North Carolina. In the early 2000’s Dr. Knight created the first Natural Hair curriculum for adults taught at Fayetteville Technical community college also. She was a Natural hair lobbyist for NH Bill.
