Background:

20 years of digital design and marketing for global brands, start-ups and cultural institutions.

16 years running independent creative studio/agencies.

4 years running short-term rentals in the Catskills.

Designed and built our Studio/home in the Catskills from scratch.

Husband and father with a 4 year old, during a pandemic, trying to stay productive and social in the safest possible way.

I enjoy cooking, using modern techniques, including sous vide, wood fired pizza, air fryers, etc.

Looking for coaching and perspective on real estate development and investing.
