I grew up in a family business where I developed a process of taking the Selling out of Sales. I had to as I was a 15 year old sales rep and people had to trust me; that came through relationship building and selling value over products. The process made a huge change when I left a 20 year career in remodeling and construction sales and entered the chimney and venting industry. Anyone can produce at a high level through the process.
