I want to showcase the filipino food, heritage, culture and history to other people most specially to the hispanics.
After studying culinary arts, I looked ito studying and cooking our family heirloom recipes. Which gave me the interest to join Culinary Historians of the Philippines (CHOP)
I enjoy painting on fans and designing fine jewelries as well.
