At just 7 years old, Dominique’s home was raided by the D.E.A and he was put in handcuffs as a child due to his parents having cannabis and other plant medicine in the home. Separated from his parents and orphaned by cannabis prohibition and a survivor of the school-to-prison pipeline, Dom knows firsthand the impact the criminal justice system and federal cannabis prohibition has on people of color and low-income communities. Transmuting pain into power, he led the successful youth movement to legalize cannabis in Illinois with a focus on racial equity in the industry and reparations for communities most directly impacted under cannabis prohibition. Dom has been featured in High Times Magazine for his cannabis advocacy.
He connects individuals all over the world with the resources to build hemp and cannabis businesses. He works every day to create a career pipeline for formerly incarcerated people and ensure sustainable ownership for POC. As a formerly homeless youth, he vows to use his share of profits to tackle youth homelessness across the globe.
Dom is trained on cannabis breeding, genetics, taxonomy, varieties and cannabinoid profiles by Brandon Banks, former CEO of a major cannabis company in Colorado and board chair of the Minority Cannabis Business Association.
Dom represents Native American members of the Lakota Sioux nation in South Dakota on thousands of acres of land designated for Cannabis and Hemp businesses. He is seeking good faith investors for multi-million dollar projects across the globe.
