I became a full time Property investor in 2015 after losing my corporate job in 2013.
It became a positive moment after reading Rich Dad Poor Dad.
I realized I needed to reframe my thinking and mindset to enable a new start on my wealth journey and more importantly that what I had been taught was not going to provide that result.....(you don’t know what you don’t know!!!)

Although we have been involved in property over the past 30 years ( buying our own residential houses and adding value), we didn’t realize there was a better and more productive way to increase our wealth.

We had a chance opportunity in 2015 by attending a property event and subsequently accelerated our wealth since.

After attending property training covering basic BTL ( buy 2 let’s), commercial conversions, serviced accommodation and deal sourcing/ packaging.

We have built up our connections and created power teams. We continue to grow and adapt to new legislations and market demands. ( change your journey but not the goal).
A great piece of advice I received from one of my mentors is to never let 30 days go by without doing something to increase your wealth.
The power of compounding is amazing if it is working for you instead if against you.

We have used conventional high street funding but have also worked with private investors and gave them a better return 😁
