Trauma informed Life Coach, guiding midlife women to break through their patterns of self-sabotage, rediscover who they want to be and stand for, and consciously create a fulfilling life that is lived with intention and purpose.
Using a compassionately mindful approach, as well as my knowledge of personality profiling, I can assist you in the self-discovery process required to take back control of your life and affect positive change.
I'm here to build a community of those of us who struggle to manage our thoughts and emotions from overwhelming our lives. Not only do we need to heal from our past, but we also need to learn how to be our best selves moving forward. I'm all about self-improvement, relationships, and being better humans.
