I am a traditional Ebru artist who specializes in fabric, leather and paper marbling.
Having lived and practiced in Turkey and Australia, I currently reside in the US where I am passionate about sharing my cultural heritage with art lovers, artists, and designers.

Steeped in ancient tradition, I take pride in performing this unique form of art using authentic ingredients and centuries-old techniques. From preparing my paint from scratch using natural pigments derived from earth minerals, to crafting rose-wood brushes using ox-gall and horse-hair, I lovingly honor the deeply rooted traditions. My marbling designs are intuitively created and skillfully transferred to paper, fabric, ceramic, leather, and wood.

On a personal side, art has given me a voice and continue to guide me philosophy through life’s journey. Following my heart, I transitioned from full-time teaching to a lifelong seeker of the mesmerizing alchemy of marbling. Working with a fluid medium brings an unforeseeable and uncontrollable element, and I embrace this mystery of the process and relish in the entwining of spirituality and abstract art.
