Dr. John Sandy is a dual citizen of Sierra Leone and United States. He is a leadership professional and scholar who works for the Government of the District of Columbia in Washington DC. Dr. Sandy manages contract compliance, monitoring and evaluation for the Department of Youths and Rehabilitation Services (DYRS). Dr. Sandy is a board member of ASI Works/PSI Family Services in Maryland, USA. He has held other leadership positions that includes Executive Director, Program Director, etc.
