We are well placed to make extremely quick decisions and will move extremely quickly for the right deals.
For our care home sites we are looking over 1 acre with good main road frontage and close to transport links. In areas where family homes have a value of over £300,000 and where local populations are over 15,000 people.
We also like to buy speculatively in other asset classes where we see good value. Offices, industrial, retail with upper parts, if we can see a value add angle then we will look.
We are cash buyers with physical cash in the bank to spend.
Sweet spot between £500,000 - £5,000,000
