I have devoted the last years to build Acceptic ITS company of 150 people. In April 2019 I sold Acceptic to a major Israeli company called Yael Group. Currently, I manage Yael Acceptic as a business unit of Yael Group.
My responsibilities include conducting of M&As. I went through M&A with 2 companies in 2020 and merged them with Yael Acceptic.
Learning from my Manager at Yael Group Dror Har I gained extensive experience in managing/optimizing expenses and crisis management.
