As someone with life-long experiences (X-felon, albeit wrongfully convicted; drug abuser, gang aff.) I have been dedicated to addressing the injustices of our criminal and family courts and providing justice to prisoners and families impacted by incarceration as a “Jailhouse Lawyer” and Paralegal in Rikers Island. I helped many incarcerated fathers obtain visitations with their children; even under claims of an Order of Protection; in criminal matters I helped many incarcerated men obtain their freedom and/or favorable outcomes. In my own case this is how my fight to Saving Isaiah began, follow the case of Mariem Megalla a disgraced NY lab technician suspended for falsifying drug lab results and criminal cases covered up; • Two letters to J. Hernandez’s attorney got him released out the court in a quid pro case in NY County where he was arrested in his friends home for drugs and unloaded weapon where several ppl were living. I’ve seen him since walking with his 8yr old daughter • In another case I call the “Carlton Campbell Story” is one of a kind in where I helped a young 18yr earn his freedom in 2008-2009 from a prosecution of 21 ct indictment for robbery with considerable prison sentences in NY to time served of approx 14mos, while going back n forth to Brooklyn Family Court Fighting to reunite my son Isaiah w his natural & loving family who was illegally removed by ACS from his home some 13yrs ago in NY from under the care of his paternal grandmother and placed in a non relative foster care home instead of his own biological family. As a result of my traumatic experiences The Isaiah Foundation for Family Reunification a 501(c)3 was established 1-23. We are currently looking for a space to provide much needed services as well as and not limited to whistleblower social workers, lawyers, paralegals, nonprofit consultants, volunteers, grant writers, sales and marketing, research analysts, etc. Together we can reunite Families a Holy sanctuary ordained by God.
