Bio

Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY and later moved to Baltimore, MD, DJ Trakklaya is a 30+ year DJ that has been in the radio game since 1992 getting his start as a on-air personality/ DJ on the famed Hip-Hop show “Strictly HipHop” on 88.9 WEAA FM in Baltimore. From there, he has held down various DJing mixshows over the years from stations like KKSS 97.3 FM in Albuquerque, NM, WHWT Hot 103.5 FM in Huntsville, AL, WQSH Hot 99.1 in Albany, NY, to currently holding down two mixshows on two different stations today. One is “The Audio Infusion”, which can be heard every Saturday night on WEAA 88.9 FM from Midnight - 5am where he spins various House music, and as one of the featured DJs on KPAT 95.7 The Beat FM on “The 5 O’Clock Jump Off” and “The Friday Night Jump Off Mix”, where he spins HipHop, R&B & Rhythmic hits.
