DJ S-1 is the epitome of what today’s music listener is looking for. He has the uncanny skill of being able to flow through different genres of music without breaking stride or losing a beat. Known for his vibrant, energetic persona, ‘Da Fireman’ starts the party in the DJ booth and projects it into the crowd or over the radio airwaves. His ultimate goal is to ensure that every listener, follower or patron leaves the experience with a sense of satisfaction and eagerness for his next one.

A Professional DJ/ Host/ Producer since 1995, S-1 has orchestrated the sound for many corporate events, movie & album release parties, as well as some of the hottest venues in the country and globally. He is most known for DJing weekly parties at numerous popular, legendary venues in his hometown of New York City, which is the dream of DJs worldwide. He has also been heard spinning top-notch tunes on some of the best radio stations in the world. These accomplishments make him one of the first DJs considered when a promoter, programmer or prospective client is planning an event, needing the ‘RIGHT DJ’ or preparing a DJ Line-Up. ‘Make sure you give S-1 a call’.

DJ S-1 specializes in R&B (Rhythm & Blues), Hip Hop, Pop, Top-40, Reggae, Soca, House/ Electro, Afro Beats and Salsa, but it is his vast knowledge of the ‘Classics’ that take him a step above some of the better DJs in the country. He is one of a small fraternity of DJs that can state a claim to the tremendous accomplishment of performing at over 4000 events. You can currently hear him spinning on ‘S-1 SATURDAYS’, Each and Every Saturday night from 8-10pm (EST) on the World Famous WBLS 107.5fm (NYC), as well as on the station’s holiday ‘Master Mixes’ throughout the year.
