After spending ~12 years in professional life and going through a rough patch, I realized how important it is to stay fit and healthy.

Started to take control and shredded 11.5 KG in 3 months, and ~18 KG in < 9 months (all non-lean and unhealthy weight only).
All this while I continued having the food I love to eat. 😋 and NOT ❌ spending hours in the gym 🤸‍♀️. Just basic lifestyle changes.

Now I am set out to help a million people get fit, both mentally and physically, and become the best version of themselves.
