Coming from a family of disease sucks!! Heart disease, Kidney disease, Cancer, High blood pressure, Diabetes, high cholesterol, YOU NAME IT, my great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, didnt miss a beat! The lack of discipline when it comes to food is such a neglected talked about subject in our communities! Over eating & unhealthy food choices are the #1 cause of disease in the body. My goal is to never get sick!! (I know right, sounds crazy) I’ve never been hospitalized, (only to have a baby all natural no meds), I’ve never been sick, no prescriptions from any doctors.
