Only truth about me (or you) is that I (you) exist. Rest all is just experiencing of existence. Including suffering the existence, which needn't be.

You can't use one part of your knowledge or experience to prove/disprove another part of your knowledge or experience.

And if these truth are known, then that must be beyond either knowledge or experience.
