My life has not been easy. I was given up for adoption at birth. More than blessed to have been adopted by two wonderful parents. My parents never wanted me to be a chef. I felt like it was always my calling. I have almost lost my life a few times to domestic violence. I was stabbed in the head, back, leg and have had my left hand sliced open to the tendon. I am more than great full that god has given me a second chance in life and I want to make the most of it.
Always dreamed of owning my own business! I got tired of cooking everyone else’s food and living in someone else’s shadow. So I started making my own!
In October of 2020 my father was diagnosed with stage 3 throat cancer and I want to make both my parents proud and I want to reach all my goals and not let my 9 to 5 hold me back! I was side swiped by a car in November and I’m still standing! God had other plans for me! I strive for more! I will achieve more! I will succeed!
