Although change can be scary and can create insecurity and fear, it can also be used to help motivate and grow. Didier brings 25+ years of experience with corporate innovation responsibilities, serving Senior Leadership roles in Fortune 100 companies (Procter & Gamble, Mars, Inc) with deep functional expertise in R&D, Innovation, Technical Brand Management and Organization Transformation and leading through change and innovation. He led organizations in diverse categories such as Pharmaceuticals, Personal Health Care, Skin Care, Oral Care and Pet Health & Nutrition. Didier earned a reputation as a trailblazer at Procter & Gamble for his leadership, innovative mindset, candor, demand for excellence and achievements in making innovation happen, and developing high performing talent.
