I’m a wife of over 30 years, we’ve raised 2 beautiful children who have started their own company, A&A Debris Removal, LLC👷🏼👷🏼‍♀️🚛🛠🧰

Real Estate Investor🏘 I’ve done
Wholesaling, fix n flipped several houses, take on projects like knock downs, burnouts, built modular homes🏗, created creative financing with home owners, bought reverse mortgages, added level, a complete structural rehab on an apartment building, JV with other investors and homeowners, co-host an educational real estate club, plus a networking event and launched AirBNBs.

I’ve personally performed most of the repair issues on investment properties myself. Along with the renovations hired, fired, and supervised sub-contractors on renovation and rebuilds.

My husband and I have also been featured on an episode on DIY Networks show called First Time Flippers.

We started our own construction company and are landlords.

My husband and I have now started another company for purchasing larger multi family apartment complexes, mobile home parks and storage units.

For fun I like to read and trade stocks.
