Bio

DEXTER HOWARD is a faithful pastor, international speaker, author and kingdom builder. His passion is developing leaders and inspiring believers to reach their God-given potential in order to change the world. Pastor Howard is a mobilizer, a gifted and dynamic motivator, as well as a masterful teacher of God’s Word.

He is the founder of Howard International Ministries and senior pastor of Restoration Church of Northwest Arkansas and The Restoration Place in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Pastor Howard’s compassionate leadership has impacted the lives of countless people through domestic and international initiatives. He travels extensively in Haiti and Africa as a speaker, teacher and humanitarian.

He is a native of Little, Arkansas, where he was raised as the only child of a single mother. He earned a full athletic scholarship to the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville where he was a football letterman with the Arkansas Razorbacks and graduated in 1994 with a bachelor’s degree in communications. After the death of his father and other major setbacks, Dexter surrendered his life to Christ and began to pursue his calling in ministry.

He also has served as a chaplain for the University of Arkansas Razorbacks men’s basketball team and Razorbacks football team.

Dexter Howard’s most important roles are son, husband and father. He is married to his partner in ministry, Genette, and is the father of six daughters: Alexa, Bethany, Celeste, Destiny, Eden and Faith. They live in Charlotte, North Carolina.
