”He’s a very humble and loving person. He served as a Minister at the Rhema International Church under the leadership of Bishop Eric Lloyd from 2015 until 2019, where he served as assistant chief adjutant to the Bishop. In addition, he was the President of the Men’s Department and member of the Youth department. While at Rhema, he had the opportunity to meet and serve other great men and women of God. Just to name a few: Bishop J. Drew Sheard, Bishop Edgar Vann II, Bishop Lambert W. Gates, Bishop Don W. Shelby, Bishop Rance Allen, Bishop Jason Nelson, Pastor Lisa Page Brooks, and so many more. Later, he moved to the Refuge Temple Cathedral Of His Glory COGIC under the leadership of Superintendent Dr. Waverly B. Bumbrey Sr. In 2020; Elder Gross moved to Peter’s Rock where he served as the chief of staff under the leadership of Bishop Steve Lee Jr. Then in 2022 Gross moved to Greater Mitchell Temple Church Of God In Christ under the leadership of Bishop Ethan B. Sheard where he serves as a elder in the Lord and as a adjutant in his local church, jurisdiction and the national church. Elder Gross enjoys singing with his gospel group, Young Men 4 Christ (YM4C). He loves preaching and teaching God's word to his people. Elder Gross is also the founder and CEO alongside his best friend, Minister James L. Craig III, of Young Preachers United Ministries. Established in 2017, their mission is to bring young leaders in their city together to help improve their communities, such as furthering the education of the young people in their community. In June of 2020, Elder Deveon Gross graduated from The International Police and Fire Chaplain Association and became a Police and Fire Chaplin.
