Bio
David is a commercial real estate broker and multifamily investor based in Southern California serving the Los Angeles and Orange County apartment markets, who focus is helping apartment investors minimize risk and maximize returns when buying and selling commercial real estate.
Since 2014, David has helped investors buy and sell residential and commercial real estate, ranging from multi-tenant office buildings, office condominiums, workforce apartments and Senior Housing assets in the Chicago and Southern California markets.
He is also cohost of the weekly vlog, called “Let’s Get to the Point” where he and his fellow host, Jona Lemmonds, discuss trends that affect the cost of living in Southern California.
David is a member of South Bay Association of Realtors (SBAOR).
