I survived what a really close friend described as the Mommy Matrix. Consumed by parenthood, I was in a dark place and couldn’t pull myself out. After joining her “Mommy Off Duty” Facebook group, I soon realized I wasn’t alone and that was the first step to my rising. That group paired with rebuilding my faith and learning to focus on self care was my genesis. God gave me the vision to build a unique resource for parents all over the World.
