Born in the land below the wind..
I live in Malaysia, work in the skies and have my roots planted in the garden.

Married to the love of my life, whom God has brought us together in a hospital in the most unlikely circumstances ... now, with 3 beautiful, amazing children, life is full, with never ending ups and downs.

At 175cm, I use to be 96kgs with high blood pressure and unstable sugar levels. Made a life changing decision and now at 70kgs, fitness, self control, self love and discipline is a part of my daily life.
