Health and fitness, an industry turned massively inflated for the past few years.

Why am I here?
- To make a difference. To pursue my mission. To heal others from toxic behaviors and thinking about "health" and "fitness".

Buo was born from a thought outside of the box. In essence, a way to completely restructure how we learn and view health and fitness.

We neglect to see all parts of ourselves, and never fully grasped the meaning of "being whole".

For me, I couldn't stand feeling like this. There were pieces and parts that needed to be fixed or even acknowledged that our supposed "health industry" never even touched.
