Hi! I am Denise Styer - I have my doctorate in clinical psychology and am a

✨I have been working for the empowerment of females for 25+ years.

✨My coaching primarily focuses on empowering women, improving leadership skills, helping women step into their own power. I do work with men, however, most of my work has been with women.

✨I empower women to believe in themselves, reach their potential, and live their best lives.

✨I provide coaching, consulting, trainings, and group services. I use skills from my 25+ years as a therapist to connect with my clients, meet them where they are at, stop the self-sabotage, and align choices with their values.

✨Coaching sessions are available virtually.

✨I also work with treatment centers and companies on case consultations and training staff on leadership and mental health matters (eating disorders and self-injury)

✨I have spoken across the country about mental health issues and is published in numerous research journals.

✨I currently offer 1:1 coaching. A group coaching program is coming soon!
