DeMonica Santiago began as a member of Motown recording artist The Good Girls. They were groomed as The Supremes w/a more urban sound, notable singles “Your Sweetness”, “Itchin” and Mc Trouble “I Wanna Make You Mine” touring worldwide with New Kids On the Block NO MORE GAMES tour.

Having a thirst to gain a better understanding to the dynamics of the music recording industry, DeMonica enrolled in music publishing courses at UCLA. This opportunity allowed DeMonica to gain a wealth of knowledge in music publishing/music licensing & secure employment at the prestigious The Harvey Entertainment Company, copyright owner of intellectual property of Casper The Friendly Ghost, Wendy the Good Witch and Richie Rich to name a few. This opportunity with Harvey Entertainment opened doors to employment opportunities for DeMonica with several other great entertainment co's such as Loud Records, RCA Records, LaFace Records, Arista Records & Ruthless Records home to famed Los Angeles rapper Eazy E. All of the knowledge & great work experience would ultimately cumulate DeMonica in deciding to take the proverbial “bull by the horns” & open her own company known as Music Administrative Services, Inc. (M.A.S).

M.A.S Inc., dba MAS & Co. LLC, is a music administration, sample clearance, licensing company handling music clearances, music licenses & music administration for artist, production co.'s & labels. Flavor Unit (Dedra Tate/Queen Latifah) was the companies first client, a relationship instrumental in launching M.A.S., introducing the co. to the licensing of intellectual property industry. MAS clients included Riptide Music Group, Bixio Music Group, Fox, NBC, Goodwin Sports Mgmt, Empire Distribution, 1501 Certified Ent, Motown, Hidden Beach, Def Jam, CodeBlack, Ruthless Records, and so forth; and artist such as Lou Williams (LA Clippers), Trevor Jackson (Grown-ish), NeYo, Wyclef, Anderson Paak, Kevin Hart, Lil Yachty, Damian Lillard (pka Dame D.O.L.L.A.), Erykah Badu, Chief Keef, Papoose, Chaz French, Eric Bellinger, Ray J, Queen Latifah, Jamie Foxx to name a few.
